Rochester Dance Company is creating an incredibly exciting new stage production based on the lives and experiences of teenagers.
Titled TeenAge WasteLand the production depict the ‘teenage story’ through a combination of dance movement, music lyrics and instant messaging..

TeenAge WasteLand will be developed and performed over three years (think of it like a trilogy – Lord of the Rings).  The first performace, in fall of 2006, represents the beginning with the subsequent years representing the middle (2007) and the end (2008).

The creative team of TeenAge WasteLand would like your help in developing the storyline for the future productions. We feel it is essential that
the characters and their stories be based on real life teenage experiences. The main themes that will be weaved through the story are:

school life, relationships, passions and dreams.

If you are interested in sharing any of your teenage experiences, fill-out the T-A-W-L Create! form now! Your personal information, if you choose to include it, will remain strictly confidential
